| 摘 要： | 目前,我国高校的整体发展在行政管理方面表现滞后,出现了一些与发展不相适应的现象。深化行政管理体制,建设节约效能型高校不仅顺应当前建设节约型社会的时代潮流,同时对深化行政体制改革也开辟了一条新的研究方向。

| Abstract: | At present,the overall development of the university administration has lagged,which caused some phenomena that were incompatible with the development.To deepen the administrative management system and establish a resource-saving university not only conforms to the current tendency on the construction of a conservation-oriented society it has also opened up a new research direction of deepening administrative reform. |
