西部地方高校教师培养制度存在的问题及完善对策

目前,由于多重因素制约,西部地方高校教师培养还存在诸多问题亟待解决,为此笔者提出具体的完善对策：1.完善教师岗前培训,强化对教师基本技能与素质的培训;2.更新培训内容,加强对教师现代教育技能的培训;3.创新培训的形式、手段和模式,促进教师专业化发展;4.完善教师培训的评价与管理制度,增强教师培训的效果;5.建立多元的经费投入机制,为教师培训提供保障。
