| 摘 要： | 师德建设是师资队伍建设的关键问题。影响师德建设的因素是多元的,其中教师评价作为高校教师管理的手段,对师德塑造有着直接的影响。教师评价是否科学、合理,对教师道德塑造会产生正负两面的作用。
