积极构建城乡统筹的党建新格局

进入新时期,我国社会结构深刻变动,城乡联系日趋紧密,党员从业多元化,城乡党建工作要素相互渗透、相互作用、相互影响的情况越来越普遍,工作内容和活动方式的交叉点、共同点越来越多。但从整体上看,目前城乡党建工作还相对分离,农村党建显得比较薄弱;基层党建工作理念、组织设置、党员教育管理、运行机制和工作保障等方面还不能完全适应统筹城乡发展的要求。基于此种情况,本文从统筹城乡基层党建的重要意义、借鉴松江区佘山镇中心村基层党建的成功经验以及积极探索构建城乡统筹基层党建新格局的有效途径几个方面进行分析,希望能对此项建设提出合理建议。
