| 摘 要： | 图书馆VOD系统可以满足用户对图文音乐视频于一体的多媒体信息的需求。本文分析了基于Web的图书馆VOD系统的特征，探讨了图书馆VOD系统的设计原则、构成要素及实现策略，并对构建VOD系统中的相关问题进行了分析研究。
