| 摘 要： | 随着教师教育制度的转轨，地方师范院校开始转型——突破原有单纯的师范教育模式，向教育的非师范化、综合化方向发展。这种转型为时势所迫、所需。这种转型的实质是地方师范院校寻求自身功能的拓展与优化。顺利实现这种转型需要一定的策略保障。
