| 摘 要： | 历经庚子之变,慈禧深切地感到自己的权力和地位面临着威胁,同时出于对造成庚子之变的愧疚心理,希望振兴国家以及迎合列强巩固政权等方面的原因,于是决定实行新政。慈禧心态的变化,成为清末新政启动的契机。

| Abstract: | After the coup of 1900,Empress Dowager keenly felt that her power and position faced threat profoundly.At the same time,because of the shame that she resulted in the coup of 1900,the hope of developing Qing dynasty and making her power stronger,she determined to carry on reform.The changing of Empress Dowager's psychology became the chance of New Policy Reform of Late Qing. |
