| Abstract: | The multicentralized education for teachers has a great effect on the quality of enrolling new students and the employment for graduates.However the function to the teachers' education still plays a main role in normal colleges .To maintain the main situation in normal colleges ,we must strengthen the construction ,be bent on reform ,run with distinguish features and maintain the rigorous power. |
