| 摘 要： | 农民、农业劳动者从农村向城市、向非农产业转移是城市化的核心，在这一进程中．社会排斥影响了农民工的转移．使之不能享受与城市居民同等的国民待遇，消除制度壁垒．实现农民工的国民待遇，才能促进我国城市化进程的健康发展。

| Abstract: | The core of the urbanization has been formed by the transference of farmers and agricultural workers to cities and to non-agricultural industries. During the course, the transference has been held up by social exclusion, which prevents migrant workers from enjoying the national treatments as those of city dwellers. Only after the system barrier has been eliminated and the national treatments of migrant workers have been realized, can we promote the healthy development of urbanization in China. |
