| 摘 要： | 教师聘任制的实行为中国高校注入了生机和活力,但随着形势的发展,也暴露出一些困难和问题。美国高校实行教师聘任制已有多年,基本形成了较为稳定、完整的教师聘任体系,并积累了丰富的经验,对之进行分析,可为我国进一步推行教师聘任制提供启示。

| Abstract: | China's emerging teacher employment system has brought vitality and energy to Chinese universities,but there are also some problems exposed. The teacher employment system has been in effect for many years in American universities and has rich experience. In this sense,it is more advanced than China,and we may find some enlightenment for Chinese universities through comparative studies. |
