| 摘 要： | 在理论分析的基础上，提出体育教学由三大要素组成：即参与、施加因素和媒介因素。体育教学的过程从一般意义上讲是由准备、实施和评价三个基本阶段组成的，体育教学必须遵循人类认知一般规律、人体运动机能变化规律以及运动技能形成规律。
