| Abstract: | Intellectual capital is the most important assets in knowledge economic era. Analysis on intellectual capital structure is a priority in intellectual capital management. Only by strengthening intellectual capital management can the travel service industry in China enhance its core competitive advantages so as to cope with the increasingly tough domestic and international challenges. |
