| 摘 要： | 中国高等教育经过30年的改革与发展,取得了一系列的重大成就:一是办学理念顺利完成了划时代的战略转移;二是高等教育体制改革取得了重大突破;三是高等教育规模得到了既快又好的发展;四是高等教育多样化的办学模式日趋成熟;五是高校教育质量与办学水平显著提高;六是高等教育研究取得了一大批富有创新性的研究成果;七是中国高等教育对外合作交流规模不断扩大。
