| 摘 要： | 本文就新世纪的到来 ,WTO的加入后 ,中国教育面临挑战 ,大学教师面临的压力也前所未有 ,心理问题逐渐凸现出来的现象进行了剖析。指出大学教师心理素质的不足与缺陷 ,探讨了产生的原因 ,结合时代的需要 ,提出了新时期大学教师心理素质的具体内容。

| Abstract: | With the coming of the new century,after our joining in WTO,Chinese education faces great challenge and the university teachers meet new pressures;therefore,their mental problems are obvious gradually.The article anal izes the above topic,dictates the disadvantages and faults of the unirersity tea chers' mental quality,discusses about the causes,and puts forward the concrete content of the teachers'mental quality on the new period,combining the needs of the time. |
