江苏省大学生体质状况与适应水平的分析研究

采用教育部颁布的《学生体质健康标准》和统一研制的《中国大学生心理健康测评系统》,对江苏省部分高校大学生进行体质测试和适应问卷调查,结果表明:江苏省高校大学生体质健康状况总体情况良好;总体适应水平略低于全国常模;体质优良组各方面的适应水平都高于体质较差组。

An Analysis on the State of Physical Quality and Adaptation Level Among Universtiy Students

Directed by Health Standard of Physical Quality of Students issued by Educational Commission and System of Testing Psychological Health among Chinese University Students,a questionnaire has been conducted to measure physical quality and adjustment among university students in Jiangsu Province in this article.And the findings are that as a whole,the physical health of university students is quite good in Jiangsu Province,but the general standard of adjustment is behind the national standard,and the standard in adjustment of high group is better than that in low group.
