| 摘 要： | 作者通过小槽试验,研究了镀锌层蓝色钝化液的组成,用正交法优选了钝化时间、钝化温度等工艺参数,排除了浸入Hg~(2+)离子溶液的工艺过程,减少了环境污染。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the composition of the blue galvanized passivator is studied.The passivate time, temperature et al are selected with orthonormal method.The technological process in which H~(2+) may be produced has been done with-out, and so environmental pollution has been decreased. |
