三维视角下的大学科研竞争力及其发展的研究

科研竞争力是高校争得科研资源、发展高校科研的根本．在比较中外相关研究的基础上,剖析了高校科研竞争力的概念内涵,并提出了“潜科研竞争力”和“显科研竞争力”的概念．进一步提出,对高校科研竞争力的发展产生影响的因素可分为环境性因素、资产性因素和过程性因素,在进行比较系统分析的基础上,提出了一些有关高校科研竞争力评价以及提升高校科研竞争力的策略和建议．

A Research on Competitiveness in Scientific Research of University and It's Development in Three Dimensions

Being a fundamental for getting more research resources,research competitiveness is very vital to the University to develop it's research.On the base of comparison among the related researches in China and foreign countries,it analyzes the meaning of the research competitiveness of university,and puts forward the concepts of "infangible research competitiveness" and "tangible research competitiveness".It points out three factors including environment,asset and process,as influencing factors to the development of research competitiveness in academic research of university.Finally,it puts forward some strategies and suggestions to evaluated and promote research competitiveness for universities.
