| 摘 要： | 大学作为现代社会最重要的组织之一,其制度建设问题不可忽视,因此,法治已经成为大学得以继续存在发展的内在要求。教育法治的构建应当以学校为核心,高等教育法治的核心是大学法治,大学法治的构建需要以大学为中心,规范大学与外部(政府、社会)的关系以及与内部(教师、学生)的关系。

To construct the rule of law of university should deal with relation among university,government and society,relation between university ,teachers and students.
