摘    要:长期以来,教师角色的错位直接影响了人才培养的质量,影响了教育事业的发展,因此,教师要注意转变自己的角色.但是,教师转变角色的阻力是相当大的.要使教师的角色能真正地来一个彻底的转变,就要从客观和主观两个方面人手,下大力气克服这些阻力.

Abstract:For a long time,teachers have played a role in incnlcating knowledge,dominating classroom and controlling stndents.The misplacement of teachers rold direetly infntences the auality of lalents and the devedopment of edueational canse,therefore,teachers should pqy allention to the transition of their roles .However the obstruction in this tramsition is great.In order to realize a theorough transition,we should make grcat efforts to overcome the snbjective and objective diffculties.
