| 摘 要： | 高校科技成果转化是社会科技系统的一个子系统,它不仅具有一般科技成果转化的共性特征,还具有其自身的特征。本文以高校科技成果转化过程为研究对象,分析了高校科技成果转化起点的可转化性;转化过程的独特性以及高校科技成果转化终点的双重效益性。
