上海外来务工人员职业培训现状及对策

农村劳动力进城打工,为城市建设与经济社会发展做出了巨大贡献。但这些在城市工作的外来务工人员由于受教育年限远远低于城市居民等原因,导致其中的大多数人处于城市边缘,引发了诸多社会矛盾。近年来,城市在帮助这一群体掌握职业技能与城市生活的必备知识过程中,积累了一些经验;但在法律保障、政府管理、用人单位尽责等方面并不尽如人意。因此通过开展广泛的职业培训与城市文化教育,对改善他们的工作、生活境遇意义重大。

The Research of the Status Quo & Countermeasures of the Career Training for Peasants Immigrated from Other Provinces in Shanghai

Labor forces from countryside have poured into cities to work and have paid great contribution to the cities' construction and the economic and social development. However, because of many reasons, such as their much lower education levels comparing to their city counterparts, many of these labors remain at the edge of cities: their high working intensity and low living standards make them city's paupers gradually, resulting in many social conflicts(such as public security). Recent years cities have offered them much care and helped them master the necessary knowledge and skills of career technology and city life, accumulating some experience in this field; but there are much space to be improved in the aspects of law security, government administration. Thus, more things are suggested to do for government, society, and those labors themselves; through widespread career training and city culture education, we hope their lives and working conditions will be improved, so that they could continue to contribute to the construction of socialism and our harmonious society.
