通过文献研究法和网上问卷调查法对8所高校辅导员的调查显示,高校辅导员在思想政治、知识结构、心理素质、能力素质等方面都存在一些问题.要提高辅导员的素质,应转变高校行政管理职能,开辟辅导员职业化建设之路,健全辅导员培训体系,建立岗前培训制度、在职培训制度、培训经费管理制度.

The Quality Status of Assistant Teachers in Higher Education Institution in New Era and the Countermeasures

Through investigation on assistant teachers in eight higher education institutions by the method of literature study and internet questionnaire,the results show that,there exist many problems in the ideology and politics,knowledge structure,mental quality and competency quality in assistant teachers in higher education institution.To enhance the quality of assistant teachers,higher education institution should transform its administrative management function,strengthen the professional development of assistant teachers,optimize training systems for them,etc.
