Abstract:Lesson study,the major form of professional development,is a teacher-led instructional improvement cycle.Lesson study have four central characteristics: A shared long-term goal,Important subject matter,Study of students,Shared observation of live lessons.Lesson study,as a form of school-based teaching research,enable teachers to improve their instruction.
