| Abstract: | Biological resources are very abundant in China.The advantages of human gene resources have already brought the attentions of the world.But the reality and actuality of legislation for the human gene resources protection in China isn't optimistic.The legislation of human gene resources should be strengthened and the measures about gene protection should be developed in China. |
