摘    要:在传统发展模式下,西部民族地区农村学前教育的办学方式、保教内容与师资培养等都与实际需求脱节。因此,与村寨组织、居住分散相适应的多样化的学前教育办学方式、传承文化的农村学前教育课程开发与保教方法创新、利用资源并符合民族心理的农村学前教育师资培养策略等无疑是实现西部民族地区农村学前教育内生型发展的根本。

Abstract:In the traditional development mode, the way rural preschool education in the ethnic areas in west China, teaching content and the training of the teachers are out of line with the actual needs. Therefore, the diversi- fied preschool education mode in accordance with village organization, the rural preschool education curriculum devel- opment and teaching method innovation for culture inheritance, rural preschool teachers'training strategy with the use of resources to be in line with ethnic psychology are undoubtedly indispensable for the realization of the endogenous development in rural preschool education in the ethnic areas in west China.
