摘    要:研究性学习,作为一种新型的学习方式,其目的是激发学生科学研究的兴趣,掌握科研方法,并从中培养创新精神和实践能力。学生能动、自觉的主体性的地位在学习中得以突显,与此形成鲜明对比的是传统教学中的教师所扮演的角色已显得格格不入。在新的学习方式下,教师应逐步完成角色转换,并能在研究性学习的全过程中发挥其积极的指导作用,最终实现教师素质的进一步完善和提高。

Abstract:As a new type of study,the research-based learning aims at stimulating students interest in scientific research,triggering their desire to grasp scientific method,arousing their creative drive,and fostering their ability of practice.The significance of students' standing of initiative and subjective activity,a contrast with the traditional teachers' roles which are out of tune,sharpens in their study.Under such a new type of learning,teachers must transform their roles step by step and bring their guiding initiative into full play,thus promote their own quality.
