| 摘 要： | 中国院校研究将进入一个新的阶段。院校研究的特点是校本研究、应用研究和管理研究,目前在中国推行院校研究受一系列因素的影响:管理体制的改革、社会环境与公众问责制度形成、研究机构设置与专业人员培养等。本文进一步分析了中国特色院校研究的主要内容及推进大学院校研究工作应注意的问题。

| Abstract: | Chinese IR(institutional research) will come to a new stage featured by university-based research,application research and management research.This paper argued that there are some factors that influence promotion of IR in China including reform in management system,formation of social environment and accountability system,establishment of research institute and cultivation of professionals,etc.This paper analyses the main contents of IR about Chinese universities with characteristics and some precautions. |
