The Theoretical Significance of "Three General Layout" Strategic Thinking

Since the 16th CPC National Congress,the CPC Central Committee,with Comrade Hu Jintao as the general secretary,innovates in theory and practice,and proposed the three "general layout" strategic thinking: "the general layout of party building","the general layout of socialism with Chinese characteristics",and "the general layout of foreign affairs".The "three general layout" thinking elaborates CPC's theory innovation in the new era,from party building,domestic,and foreign affairs perspectives.It shows that the CPC's understandings of the law of ruling,socialist construction,and development of human society have reached a new level of the height.
