新课程体制下小学体育教师的角色定位

摘    要:在新课程的要求下,体育教师角色由传统的知识传授者向新课程条件下知识传授者转变,教师成为学生的促进者,教师成为研究者,教师由学校教师向社会教师转变.提出了体育教师自身需要完善的方面和政府部门帮助教师完成角色转变的措施。

Abstract:By means of looking up a great quantity of literature data and analysis,the primary PE teacher's role has transformed from the traditional knowledge impartation to the new knowledge impartation in the demanding of new curriculum.PE teacher becomes the person who accelerates the study of students and a researcher.He transforms through educational institution tutor to community tutor.In addition,the article proposes some suggestions further,which includes their need to consummate themselves and the government department need to assist teacher to complete the role transform.
