| 摘 要： | 中国古代有许多成功的管理经验和独具特色的管理思想,而儒家思想在中国历史上流传时间最长、影响最广,它是历代统治治理天下的重要指导思想,诸如“人本”、“德治”、“诚信”、“和谐”、“中庸”等思想对当代图书馆管理具有积极的借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | In ancient China, there were many successful, special and administration experiences and ideas, but the confucianist ideas existed the longest in the chinese history. Its influence was widest. It was an important guiding idea in the raling period. Such ideas as"Treating people as the dominant factor", "Rule of Vitue", "Honesty and confidence", "Harmony", "the Golben Hean"are active and meaning full the moden library management. |
