科学哲学既具有科学性,又具有人文性,但归根到底属于人文学科;科学哲学既具有世界性,又具有民族性,从某种意义上说,越是民族的就越是世界的;科学哲学既具有学术性,又具有现实性,关键是要从重大现实问题中寻找和发展新的理论增长点和学术制高点。重新思考科学哲学的性质和定位问题,有助于使中国科学哲学走出困境,开辟广阔的未来。

Nature and Orientation of Philosophy of Science: Also the development directions of Chinese philosophy of science

This thesis carries out a discussion of the nature and orientation of the philosophy of science. It holds that the philosophy of science (i) has both scientific nature and humanistic property, but is fundamentally humanistic; (2) has both an international feature and a national characteristic, but is more national, hence international and (3) has both academicality and realisticality. Here the key point lies in figuring out and developing a new theoretical perspective and a commanding vantage ground of academy out of the vital realistic problems. It is helpful to rethink deeply the nature and orientation of the philosophy of science so as to extricate the Chinese philosophy of science out of the present predicament and hence open up a way wide enough for forceful development.
