| 摘 要： | 高校实行校、院、系三级管理模式,学校给予二级学院较大的教学管理自主权,二级学院综合管理体制改革对提高教学质量和办学效益有着重大意义。二级学院在教管服、CDIO教育模式和"双基"工程的理念指导下,从工作机制、人事制度、财务制度和教学科研几个方面进行综合改革。
