| 摘 要： | 文学作品描写精神失常主题，包括因某种刺激引发的狂乱到个人精神错乱和绝望引发的自杀。这些现象反映出医学理论、社会和文学的多方面价值。文学中的精神失常现象还包括内在价值观念和个人自主间的冲突。文学史中描绘精神病现象最鲜明生动的时期是20世纪50年代中期和70年代末，此时重新评价了精神分析法和精神病学反映的社会与文学的快速变化。 |

| Abstract: | Literary version of madness includes experiences ranging from ritual inducement of sharp frenzy to individual alienation and despair leading to suicide. They reflect diverse medical theories and social and cultural values. Literary representation of mental illness is more graphically portrayed in the years between the mid - 1950s and the late 1970s when revaluation of psychoanalysis and psychiatry reflected rapid social and cultural changes. |
