| 摘 要： | 教师的专业成长 ,是内外因相互作用的结果。“第三条路径”凸现教师自主实践活动的重要性。在策略上 ,重视提升教师自主发展的内驱力 ,倡导教师个人生活实践的体验、感悟 ,强调教师自我反思的系统化、经常化 ,寻求与同行之间的交流、合作。

The third path emphasizes teacher initiative practice.On the strategy side, it emphasizes interior power of teacher's initiative development, advocates teacher personal life practice and systematic introspection and communicate and cooperation between colleagues. |
