| Abstract: | Since China entered WTO, the analyses of establishment and development of the regional economy indicate that chances and challenges have existed side by side in our country. It is necessary to study effectively and scientifically those countermeasures so as to adapt to the econemy of both the knowledge and the technology. All of these are arduous tasks which the times entrust to us. |
