| 摘 要： | 在跨栏跑技术教学与训练早期 ,最易出现摆动腿摆动动作错误 ,而且一旦出现 ,若发现不及时或纠正手段缺乏针对性 ,就会短时间内难以纠正 ,甚至会在较长时间内影响正确规范的跨栏技术的掌握。就摆动腿摆动动作错误的产生原因进行了探讨 ,并对如何纠正错误提出了自己的见解

| Abstract: | Once the wrong movement of the attacking leg often happens in the early stage of crossing hurdle teaching,it should be corrected at once.Or it will become a barrier for being corrected.The author will analyse the reasons of the wrong movement and figour out the measures to it. |
