| 摘 要： | 在铁饼背向旋转技术教学中 ,对学生普遍易出现错误动作的技术环节从理论上加以分析 ,并指出各环节应注意的问题及对策 ,旨在提高背向旋转技术学习的质量 ,增加最后用力阶段速度的利用率 ,真正发挥预加速阶段在最后用力过程中的作用。
