| 摘 要： | 《著作权法》规定 ,获得稿酬是作者的一项基本权利 ,支付稿酬是报刊社的一项基本义务。目前 ,报刊业在这方面存在的问题比较严重 ,应引起有关部门的重视。

For the present time, there exist serious problems at this aspect, which should gain attention of relevant departments. |
