大学生成人依恋与人际交往自我效能感研究

随着社会的发展,人际交往变得日益重要,而大学生的人际交往问题也更加突出。本文采用问卷调查法探讨了208名大学生的成人依恋与人际交往自我效能感的现状以及二者之间的关系。结果发现大学生人际交往自我效能感总体水平较高,但在城乡来源、有无恋爱经历和年级上存在显著差异;在具体的依恋类型上,害怕型依恋比例最高占58.66%,冷漠型和倾注型占15.38%,安全型比例最低占10.58%;依恋回避、依恋焦虑对于人际交往自我效能感具有一定的反向预测作用。

The Research of Adult Attachment and Interpersonal Interaction Self- Efficacy in College Students

With the development of society, interpersonal relationships become more important. At the same time, the interpersonal problems of college students are becoming more and more obvious. This study investigated the relationship between adult attachment and interpersonal interaction efficacy by using the survey for 208 college students. The results indicated that： college students interpersonal self-- efficacy are high in the overall level, there is a significant difference among urban and rural sources, have love experience or not and different grades; in the specific attachment types, fear of attachment accounted for the highest percentage of 58. 66%, then apathy and pour types accounted for 15. 38%, attachment avoidance and attachment anxiety have security accounted for the lowest proportion of 10. 58~; some reverse predict function for interpersonal self- efficacy.
