高等学校人才培养全面质量管理探析

The quality of talent training in higher institutions is the key of whether mass higher education can be achieved smoothly. Implementing TQM in universities is totally feasible. The TQM idea on the talent training includes: talent training quality penetrates the whole process of talent training; education quality is not only teaching quality, but also all work quality related to talent training quality; all the staff participate in the quality management; TQM adopts various quality management methods.
