| 摘 要： | 从可持续发展观点出发，理想的人居生活环境是人与自然的和谐统一。因此，要做到人居环境与自然的和谐统一，就应在建设中遵循五个原则，它们是：可持续发展、以人为本、地域性、合理利用资源、运用高科技。
