| 摘 要： | 推动城乡统筹发展,建设社会主义新农村,是安徽乃至全国经济社会发展面临的重大战略任务。在推进社会主义新农村建设中解决城乡统筹问题,我们必须认真落实已有的各项农村政策,要充分发挥农民群众的主体作用、社会各界的帮扶作用和城市对农村的带动作用,以先进科技武装农业,大力发展农业产业化经营,努力增强农业发展后劲。
