| 摘 要： | 当前我国高职教育已经获得了长足的发展,但也面临着许多深层次的矛盾和问题,它们在更深层面上、以不可见的方式、以更大力度阻碍着高职教育的健康发展,成为制约高职教育进一步发展的"瓶颈",这些问题主要表现在高职教育的管理体制、管理重心、学制和传统文化等方面.

| Abstract: | A great progress has been made in Chinese higher vocational education. However in the process of this development, we find there are still many deeper-layer obstacles to be overcome, which become bottlenecks that prohibit us deeperly, more invisibly and strongly from developing higher vocational education. These obstacles are system, gravity center, schooling length and culture of higher vocational education. |
