| 摘 要： | 从旅游资源看,龙岩具有发展旅游业的巨大潜力,但传统方式所得到的有限资金远远不能满足发展壮大旅游产业的需要。必须优化投资结构,通过项目融资、资本市场融资、民间融资、经营旅游无形资源等方式,打通新的融资渠道,不断提高投资效益。

| Abstract: | Longyan city has abundant tourism resources,and has large potency to develop tourism industry,but the limited funds that come from traditional ways can't meet the need of further development.So the solutions are to optimize investment structure to break through new channel of funds raising by using the methods such as item margin,capital markets,folks margin and operating invisible resources,and increase continuously investment performance. |
