| 摘 要： | 通过中美比较可以看到,目前我国学生工作队伍建设有两大问题:一是规模偏小,包括组织结构和人员数量都与工作任务不相符合,带来许多问题,应适度扩大规模;二是缺乏专业性和职业性,影响到学生工作质量和队伍稳定,应强化专业性和职业性导向.

| Abstract: | Through the comparison of education in China and America we can see that there are two major problems in the staff construction for the management of students' affairs in China. First, the size of the team for the management of students' affairs is quite small which brings about many problems. The structure of the organization and the number of personnel cannot meet the needs of the tasks. Second, the management of students' affairs is not professional and occupational which affects the management quality of students' affairs and the stability of the team. It is necessary to professionalize the management of students' affairs. |
