我国金融证券业上市公司股权结构与公司绩效关系的变量分析

金融证券业上市公司的经营绩效关系到整个国家宏观经济的平稳健康发展．现实中，由于金融证券业资本结构的不合理，导致有效的治理结构难以建立，治理机制难以发挥其作用，最终制约了经营绩效的提高．因此，针对其资本结构与经营绩效二者关系的研究具有重要的现实指导意义．通过对我国金融证券业中样本公司2009年到2011年三年数据的分析，得出股权构成和股权集中度与公司绩效不同的相关关系．

The Variable Analysis of the Ownership Structure and Corporate Performance of Financial Securities Listed Company in China in the Last Three Years

The performances of listed companies have a great effect on the national macroeconomic healthy development. Unbalanced capital structure may lead to ineffective management system, which in turn may restrict the improvement of the performance. In regard to this, this study focuses on the data of the sample company from the year 2009 to 2011, and concludes that the ownership structure and corporate performance are related.
