直寻现实主义的可贵尝试——评吴志达长篇小说《昨日入城市》

吴志达的长篇小说《昨日入城市》所秉持的创作方法是现实主义,这种现实主义可称为一种＂直寻的现实主义＂,即＂还原生活＂,对中华民族几千年的人性与文化的历史积淀的还原,特别是对上世纪中叶到改革开放大潮初起这一阶段,中国北方某城市在社会各种因素撞击下的现实生活的还原。简言之,就是对原生态老泥土上生长的人、发生的事的还原。

The creation method upheld in Wu Zhi-da＇s novel Yesterday into the City is realism, which may be called a ＂direct search for realism＂, namely, ＂restoring life＂, the restoration of the humanity of Chinese nation for thousands of years and the historical accumulation of culture, especially the restoration of the real life of a city in northern China influenced by a variety of social factors during the phase from the middle of the last century till the beginning of reform opening-up. In a word, it is the restoration of the people growing up on the original ecological land and their old stories.
