关于潍坊城市竞争力提升问题的思考

由中国社科院财贸所倪鹏飞博士牵头,两岸四地城市竞争力专家共同携手,国内著名高校、国家权威统计部门和地方科研院所近百名专家历时大半年时间联合完成的《2007年中国城市竞争力蓝皮书》于2007年3月25日在北京发表。本次报告的主题为:品牌,城市最美的风景。报告共分五个部分,首次将原始数据全文载入,总计70余万字。本文通过解读"蓝皮书"对潍坊城市竞争力影响因素的分析,总结出促进潍坊城市竞争力提升的"长板因素"和制约潍坊城市竞争力提升的"短板因素"。在此基础上,提出提升潍坊城市竞争力的对策、建议。
