采取文献资料法、调查法、数理统计法和系统分析法 ,对 6省市专业运动队优秀教练员思想品格素质的现状进行研究 ,从中找出构成优秀教练员思想品格素质的基本单位 ,并揭示其基本特性 ,同时对从事不同运动项目的优秀教练员所具有的思想品格素质进行比较研究 ,探索形成思想品格素质差异的主要原因

A present study on the moral-character qualities of elite coaches

This paper is a present study on the moral?character qualities of elite coaches by the ways of document,questionnair,statistics and system?analysis.The main tasks of study are to find out these basic unit of the moral?character qualities,and reveal its specific property.At the same time,study on the moral?character qualities of elite coaches of different sports events by the way of analogy,then probe into the main causes of these differences.
