| 摘 要： | 《民办教育促进法》是中国民办教育发展史上的里程碑。它的产生建立在一定的政策和实践的基础上,充分考虑了我国民办教育的现实状况,成功地解决了民办教育的法律定性、定位问题,对实现民办教育合法化、促进其健康发展具有积极意义。
